POSITION: Senior Vendor Risk and Compliance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead change management efforts
- Implement enhancements to the Firm’s VRM policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Implement and maintain the vendor risk tracking and management application
- Collaborate and partner across departments including security governance, risk management and vendor contracting teams
- Build strong relationships with internal business partners and external vendors
- Facilitate the escalation procedures
- Create training and educational materials
- Perform training sessions during program deployment
- Manage the vendor relationship and performance monitoring process and tools
- Ensure vendors are in compliance with the Firm’s VRM program and reporting requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Science, Business or related field
- 7+ years of vendor risk management or procurement experience
- Experience with financial and legal elements of complex vendor contracts
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in vendor selection, contract negotiations, reducing vendor risk and ensuring vendor service delivery
- Able to integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams and workstreams in order to analyze complex issues, mitigate risk, and solve problems
- Excellent organizational, time management and decision-making skills
- Sharp attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products
- Exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
- Possess highly developed organization, writing, analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
