SUMMARY: The Antitrust Attorney will have excellent credentials and possess 3-5 years of experience in pre-merger notification and civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation.This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a growing and collaborative team.

- JD required
- Admitted to practice in CA
- Must have a min of 3 years’ experience in pre-merger notification and civil and/or criminal antitrust litigation
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and diplomatically
- Ability to remain calm and function under pressure in a constantly changing environment with highly confidential information
- Ability to collaborate with all levels and multiple departments
- Detail oriented with strong day-to-day organizational skills
- Ability to be proactive, prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
