Formerly the Managing Partner of Filcro Legal Staffing, a New York City firm with 35 years of legal recruitment experience, Mary continues to lead a team with the traditions and integrity required to serve the talent acquisition needs of highly respected regional, national and international law firms.

An NYU graduate with experience working for the New York Attorney General’s Office, as well as an AmLaw 100 firm as a legal recruiter. Nika manages Tripoint Search’s candidate experience through pairing bright candidates with fantastic opportunities for some of the world’s top law firms.

Holding a degree in Psychology, Michaela’s early experiences in higher education and the start-up space gave her a strong foundation in communication, organization, and people operations. After never leaving California, Belen attended Union College in New York where she majored in Political Science and was pre-law bound.
