Senior Legal Operations Analyst
LOCATION: Chicago, IL

OVERVIEW: Seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Legal Operations Analyst to provide support to the Investment Partnerships group. The ideal candidate is responsible for the analysis, administration and recordkeeping of the investment program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and review subscription documentation
- Coordinate with legal teams and attorneys for administration requests
- Support the subscription, documentation and fundraise processes with respect to internal entities
- Manage the input of data into software management system
- Participate in and contribute to process improvement efforts
- Work closely with senior managers and partners of the Firm
- Prepare subscription materials for investments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of corporate paralegal or comparable experience in a law environment required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and great people skills
- Able to manage confidential information with utmost discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
- Experience with Dynamo or similar softwares preferred
