Senior Billing & Data Analyst
Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the billing team
- Work closely with Billing Manager
- Use robust data analysis skills to identify trends, improve processes and provide insights to the billing team and senior management
- Generate comprehensive reports and metrics using 3E
- Maintain audit-readiness by ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
- Process invoices
- Manage collections activities
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes, improve data maintenance and reduce errors
- Monitor unbilled accounts
- Assist with the Conflict Search and New Matter Intake Process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
- 10+ years of law firm billing, collections or relevant experience
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI proficiency
- Strong knowledge in E-billing systems, electronic invoicing and compliance with client billing guidelines
- Elite 3E Electronic Billing Systems experience a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Interpersonal skills in order to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently with a great group of co-workers.
