IT Administrative Coordinator (ServiceNow experience required)
LOCATION: New York, NY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage ServiceNow task boards
- Report any issues with ServiceNow task boards
- Coordinate End of Lease deliveries with the end user
- Communicate with HR, Legal Personnel, IT team members to meet new hire equipment shipping deadlines
- Create ServiceNow tickets for IT related issue, requests and escalations
- Maintain emergency loaner laptop pool
- Record and maintain accurate inventory information
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Process purchasing orders as required
- Track orders and investigate problems
- Maintain database
- Perform physical count of inventory
- Reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports
- Perform routine clerical duties
- Assist with hardware deliveries and audits
- Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue(s) and ensure all tickets are assigned
- Assist with packing and booking FedEx and courier shipments
- Assist with machine images, builds and QCs
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-year College Degree required
- 2+ years of related work experience in a law firm or professional services environment required
- Prior experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in fast-paced, stressful situations
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and database management skills
- Ability to lift and re-arrange boxes of equipment that may weigh up to 30 lbs
