Legal Talent Coordinator OR Specialist
LOCATION: New York, NY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to Legal Talent Manager
- Execute various onboarding processes for new legal hires
- Create various onboarding portals
- Ensure system updates are implemented when necessary
- Maintain and distribute new hire information via onboarding portals
- Coordinate new hire orientations in the U.S. and London; handle all aspects of the legal staff onboarding process for U.S. and London
- Lead one-off orientation sessions for new hires
- Assist with reviewing and submitting incoming associate expenses and invoices
- Prepare support materials for new hires
- Provide support with miscellaneous Legal Talent ad hoc projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
- 2+ years of Legal Personnel or related experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting capacity
- Previous law firm experience preferred but not required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal personnel databases
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High levels of personal organizational, planning and management skills
- Able to maintain high level of consciousness and sensitivity to employee needs
- Evidence of own continual professional development and a willingness to undertake further training as required to fulfill the changing needs of the firm
