Legal Talent Coordinator OR Specialist

  • Report directly to Legal Talent Manager
  • Execute various onboarding processes for new legal hires
  • Create various onboarding portals
  • Ensure system updates are implemented when necessary
  • Maintain and distribute new hire information via onboarding portals
  • Coordinate new hire orientations in the U.S. and London; handle all aspects of the legal staff onboarding process for U.S. and London
  • Lead one-off orientation sessions for new hires 
  • Assist with reviewing and submitting incoming associate expenses and invoices
  • Prepare support materials for new hires
  • Provide support with miscellaneous Legal Talent ad hoc projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
  • 2+ years of Legal Personnel or related experience in a Human Resources or Recruiting capacity
  • Previous law firm experience preferred but not required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal personnel databases
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High levels of personal organizational, planning and management skills
  • Able to maintain high level of consciousness and sensitivity to employee needs
  • Evidence of own continual professional development and a willingness to undertake further training as required to fulfill the changing needs of the firm
