Director of Pricing
Location: Washington, DC

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and models
- Collaborate with partners, practice group leaders, and BD teams to understand client needs; develop customized pricing solutions
- Analyze historical pricing data, market trends and competitor pricing and inform pricing decisions and recommendations
- Assess the financial impact of various pricing scenarios
- Develop recommendations for pricing adjustments
- Support partners with pricing proposals, reporting and analysis
- Participate in client negotiations
- Support partners in presenting pricing proposals to clients
- Develop and maintain pricing-related tools, systems and processes
- Provide training and guidance to partners and staff on pricing-related topics
- Collaborate with finance, billing and other teams
- Prepare and present pricing-related reports and analyses to firm leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis or related role, in a large law firm or professional services environment
- 5+ years of supervisory or employee management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Elite/3E or other law firm accounting software highly preferred
- Exposure to domestic and international accounting and financial analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with executives on plan and execution of strategic goals
- Distinguished leadership qualities and superb communication skills
- Superior customer service focus
