POSITION: Director of Administration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategy for the operational needs of the office; support processes and process improvement to meet attorney and client expectations
- Work effectively with Regional Senior Director of Administration
- Build productive relationships with attorneys and partners
- Manage firmwide expectations with Salt Lake specific operational needs
- Oversee operations in conjunction with internal and external clients / leadership
- Employ cost effective management of the Salt Lake City office
- Communicate regularly with firmwide leadership to ensure firmwide initiative awareness
- Provide leadership coaching; including performance evaluations and goal setting
- Review and manage building and space needs; make recommendations and oversee facility
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8+ years of Administrative leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Leadership and management experience in globally organization
- Highly adaptable, proactive and works well under pressure
