POSITION: Director of Administration

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop strategy for the operational needs of the office; support processes and process improvement to meet attorney and client expectations 
  • Work effectively with Regional Senior Director of Administration 
  • Build productive relationships with attorneys and partners
  • Manage firmwide expectations with Salt Lake specific operational needs 
  • Oversee operations in conjunction with internal and external clients / leadership 
  • Employ cost effective management of the Salt Lake City office
  • Communicate regularly with firmwide leadership to ensure firmwide initiative awareness 
  • Provide leadership coaching; including performance evaluations and goal setting 
  • Review and manage building and space needs; make recommendations and oversee facility 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required 
  • 8+ years of Administrative leadership experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills 
  • Leadership and management experience in globally organization 
  • Highly adaptable, proactive and works well under pressure
