Research Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with the Global Research Lead and Research & Competitive Intelligence departments
- Collaborate with external agencies to deliver client briefs and other research
- Synthesize client and industry research
- Coordinate the day-to-day intake of requests for client and industry research
- Act as a point of contact with regard to research
- Develop and deliver research products
- Maintain quality standards for research outputs and deliverables
- Participate in regular meetings of the Research & Competitive Intelligence team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of related experience in a business research position, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Confident in scoping requests effectively and gathering feedback from requesters
- Great understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Close attention to detail
- Able to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities; able to organize and prioritize work
- Able to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with courtesy and tact
