RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform case research
- Prepare discovery and exhibit materials
- Conduct deposition preparation with witnesses
- Prepare pre-trial documents
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a JD program
- A desire to practice litigation and second-chair at trial
- A desire to sit for the CA bar
