POSITION: Applications Engineer
ORGANIZATION: National Law Firm
LOCATION: New York, NY | San Francisco, CA | Silicon Valley | Los Angeles, CA | Seattle, WA
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM

SUMMARY: Applications Engineer will support firm efficiency and streamline legal work. Prior experience working in banking or legal setting is highly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop applications – integrate desktop applications and develop enterprise applications

Integrate backend systems with desktop image
-
Work with iManage, Intapp, SQL, and others as required

Use a variety of systems for efficient delivery, including SCCM, Intune, Microsoft, and the internal portal.

Create appropriate systems documentation

Follow project management procedures

Work with vendors
-
Consult with attorneys, legal personnel and clients, as needed to deliver efficient solutions
QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of experience working on business applications

Expertise in Microsoft and related technologies

Experience developing application deployment strategies
-
iManage configuration and iManage cloud experience preferred

Understanding of software deployment lifecycle and methodologies

Understanding of SQL

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
