Legal Administrative Assistant / Researcher (Part-time or Full-time)

Summary: Reputable legal recruiting company servicing top law firms nationwide. Legal Assistant / Researcher will assist in recruiting attorneys and professional staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive administrative assistance (including, calendaring, answering phones, drafting correspondence)
- Be a creative legal researcher – identify and contact high quality candidates
- Effectively manage your time and balance multiple recruiting priorities
- Conduct initial phone screening with candidates and schedule a more thorough screening with lead recruiter
- Schedule screening with recruiter; send out calendar invitations and proofread resumes for content and grammar
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and provide regular updates
- Use various recruiting tools to target, track and manage your candidate pipeline
- Find new ways of attracting candidates; university connections, LinkedIn, other online portals, networking events and social media
- Enjoy learning new topics, try new things and communicate effectively with a wide audience of professionals
- Create and maintain a running list of available candidates for different career vacancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Paralegal or legal assistance experience preferred
- Experience researching and finding unique ways to identify potential candidates
- Background in helping others, customer service, sales, project management, recruiting, HR or similar field
- Experience with MS Office and other online tools such as Google Apps
