Manager, Legal Talent


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Base salary up to $180K, commensurate with experience, plus Bonus, Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, generous vacation and sick/personal days, paid holidays, 401K, and more!

  • Provide direct support to the Chief and Director of the Legal Personnel department
  • Manage and coordinate associate evaluations
  • Assist the Legal Talent Team with ensuring robust feedback is provided to each associate
  • Assist with intake of verbal evaluations
  • Maintain review database
  • Assist in other performance management initiatives
  • Provide interim staffing support 
  • Enhance the firm’s core legal personnel processes
  • Oversee the maintenance and updates of the Legal Policy Handbook
  • Assist with planning practice group and other events
  • Participate in exit interviews for departing associates
  • Oversee departmental budget and expenditures
  • Serve as a resource to attorneys 
  • Conduct orientation programs to introduce new employees to the Firm's policies, procedures and benefits


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related experience in legal personnel or human resources
  • SHRM and/or coaching certification preferred
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint and other legal personnel and recruiting software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail; the ability to deal discreetly with confidential information
