Class Action Associate (Mid Level)

COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $149K, commensurate with experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and client management skills
- Experience working on class, collective and representative actions challenging wage theft, misclassification of workers and systemic discrimination in employment
- Comfortable working closely with clients and potential clients, investigating new cases, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, writing and arguing motions, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of employment law or class action experience
- Must be admitted to practice in CA, NY or DC
- 2019 or 2020 JD required
