Location: New York, New York

The Organization: Large U.S. Based Multinational Law Firm

Summary: Seeking a Workday and Configurations Analyst to support a busy Human Resources department. Candidate must be willing to work independently in a fast-paced, corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR data analytics support to the global team
  • Provide technical support to the Workday Benefits function
  • Provide technical support on Business Processes with Benefits impact
  • Plan, design and deliver analytical projects that answer key HR-related questions
  • Perform data extraction, report generation and data visualization in dashboards
  • Generate and analyze data and metrics across the Firm to support data-driven decisions
  • Communicate data findings and action items, both verbally and in writing accurately and concisely
  • Assist with technology and database projects and assignments
  • Act as subject matter expert for reporting, training, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain documentation of firm's human capital systems procedures
  • Responsible for employee records management in human capital management systems
  • Analyze existing Career Development data management processes and propose improvements as needed
  • Interact with outside vendors on the functioning of all Benefits Department applications
  • Audit and maintain current and historical data
  • Provide technical solutions to regulatory and business requirements, includes testing and liaising with internal and external support for all HR platforms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5+ years of benefits HRIS experience
  • 2+ years of Workday experience (including, Workday integrations)
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word; with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writing
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities, while handling sensitive matters and maintaining confidentiality
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work while under pressure in a fast-paced environment
