Whistleblower Attorney (Mid-Level)

SUMMARY: The Whistleblower Attorney will have excellent credentials and possess 3-5 years of experience in employment law with a background and interest in whistleblowing protection. The associate will advise employees who have been illegally retaliated against for reporting misconduct in the workplace. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to have extensive client contact while joining a growing and collaborative team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- JD required
- Admitted to practice in NY, DC, or CA State
- Must have a min of 3 years’ experience in employment law or whistleblowing protection
- Strong client management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and diplomatically
- Ability to remain calm and function under pressure in a constantly changing environment with highly confidential information
- Ability to collaborate with all levels and multiple departments
- Detail oriented with strong day-to-day organizational skills
- Ability to be proactive, prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
