The Organization: Large U.S. Based Multinational Law Firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Associate for a fast-paced Corporate law practice. Salary is highly competitive in the industry and based on experience.
Summary: Seeking a Technology Transactions Associate specializing in complex technology transactions in multiple locations. Candidate to join firm's successful Corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and advise on commercial technology transactions

Advise diverse clients, including tech start-ups, media companies, and biomedical companies on cutting edge technologies and transactions

Provide guidance on emerging technologies

Collaborate with all practices within the firm, including Intellectual Property, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Litigation, and Corporate
Qualifications:

J.D. with bar admission (New York)

2+ years of experience as a commercial transactions associate

Experience with tech or life sciences is a plus

Outstanding academic achievement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
