SUMMARY: The Tech Transactions Practice Support Attorney will help facilitate and lead practice group content creation and standardization processes. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of Tech Transactions (specifically within IP) and have a passion for working across practice groups to deliver excellent client service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support and implement initiatives and strategies as aligned with firm business goals and practices

Facilitate the creation, development and oversight of practice group documents, templates, and resource presentations

Track, maintain and analyze key precedent and template documents, ensuring easy access and recovery of those documents by practice group attorneys

Research and analyze market trends and client needs

Collaborate with the firm’s senior management to evaluate, innovate and adapt the Tech Transactions practice group’s processes and initiatives

Design and develop business and marketing strategies and materials

Provide and prepare extensive reporting, analysis, and presentation of data

Share resources, contacts and best practices with Recruiting, HR and Business Development teams
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s and JD degree required

5+ years experience of tech transactions experience; law firm IP/tech experience preferred

Expert level knowledge and legal expertise of tech transactions

Excellent legal research, writing, drafting and analysis skills

Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to remain calm and diplomatic in a high-pressure, deadline driven environment

Phenomenal oral and written communication skills

Able to build professional relationships and to work with individuals at all seniority levels and among various practice groups

Strong analytical skills with ability to balance short and long term priorities and goals
