Talent Management Coordinator/Reporting Analyst

Location: New York, NY 

The Organization: Large Top U.S. Based Multinational Law Firm

Summary: Top-ranked multinational law firm is seeking a Talent Reporting Coordinator/Reporting Analyst to serve as an integral member of the Firm-wide Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form relationships with attorneys and other staff in order to effectively serve as a resource for gauging their capacity and plans for professional development

  • Manage the staffing records and reporting within the various Corporate Practice groups

  • Spearhead management of data across multiple databases and keep track of various staffing projects, and other assignments.

  • Conduct various data reporting and data analysis to present to the Professional Development team, Partners and other teams within the Firm

  • Conduct various data audits to both maintain and improve the information housed within the system and flag any potential concerns or opportunities

  • Maintain and utilize data to promote innovation among associate development

  • Collaborate with the Attorney Development Management to staff, mentor, train and plan and implement various training and development initiatives

  • Understand the staffing needs within various practice areas as well as the overall business needs by attending various Corporate practice groups and additional subgroup meetings

  • Assist Corporate Talent and Staffing Manager by providing support as needed

  • Provide assistance to additional ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (GPA of 3.3 or higher)

  • Prior experience in a Law Firm or Finance setting is required

  • Experience with reporting and/or data management is required

  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required
