Systems Engineer (Identity Management)
LOCATION: Bay Area, CA | Santa Monica, CA | New York, NY | Washington, DC | Seattle, WA
Compensation: Base salary to $155K, competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits (including, medical, dental, vision and 401K).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain the Azure server and network setup that powers the 3E Finance ecosystem
- Work closely with the Security Team to ensure client specific needs and system requirements are met
- Develop and document the identity related systems and services
- Assist with system upgrades and regular maintenance
- Collaborate and communicate with the IT teams to identify and resolve issues
- Examine current processes, procedures, and technology and make recommendations for streamlining and optimizing the environment
- Monitor all communication systems and applications in the production environment
- Design, develop and deliver training for support and Service Desk staff
- Provide guidance for security best practices
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison with vendors
- Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging technologies
- Assist with other projects/tasks when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in the design, installation and maintenance of server, network, communications / messaging, telecommunications and storage systems
- MS Teams administration required
- Strong knowledge of PC systems (desktop and laptop), as well as wireless devices and printer hardware
- Previous experience with Active Directory, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, SQL database, and PowerBi
- Strong knowledge of multi-tier Windows Server Applications, Azure IaaS
- Strong troubleshooting skills
