Senior Reporting Analyst

THE ORGANIZATION: Major International Law Firm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, write-ups and analyses
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports for assigned teams
- Assist leadership in finding opportunities for improvement through analysis
- Work closely with attorneys to create and maintain special reports used in analyzing performance of clients and portfolios
- Monitor and report on write-offs
- Collaborate with Financial Reporting Supervisor to develop automated reports and solutions
?REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required OR equivalent experience
- 4+ years of financial reporting or investor relations experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
- Demonstrated experience researching, analyzing and negotiating a variety of transactional agreements relating to real estate operations, construction and leasing
- Highly effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Flexible to work hours to meet the needs of international offices as needed
