Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator

SUMMARY: The Senior Marketing & Communications Coordinator will serve as one of the primary Marketing contacts for litigation experience requests and researches litigation matters for new business opportunities. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and maintain litigation matters and related data in the Firm’s Foundation (database)
  • Train global Marketing team members on Foundation
  • Track Firm involvement in matters via internal and external (press) resources
  • Contribute to the management of the Firm’s internet presence by preparing and updating website content
  • Assist and track the creation and preparation of materials for attorney speaking engagements
  • Assist with assembling prospective client materials
  • Interface with partners on a regular basis to collaborate and assist with their business development needs
  • Effectively collaborate across departments to meet the Firm’s business goals and initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with the platform MS Foundations 
  • 4+ years related experience in a law firm or professional service environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a highly-pressured environment
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them in a timely manner
  • Able to learn new software and operating systems quickly
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oral
  • Flexible to travel
  • Flexible to adjust hours and work overtime when necessary
