POSITION: Senior Human Resources Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
LOCATION: Palo Alto, CA | San Francisco, CA

ORGANIZATION: Elite International Law Firm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with department managers to assess staffing needs while utilizing various sourcing methods to attract the most qualified candidates
- Review incoming resumes and conduct pre-screens
- Interview, test and evaluate applicants
- Coordinate interviews between the applicant and hiring managers/supervisors
- Conduct reference checks on potential new hires
- Conduct orientation programs to introduce new employees to the Firm's policies, procedures and benefits
- Coordinate new employee training with the Training Department
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of high volume recruiting experience in a large law firm or corporate environment
- Extensive knowledge of the interviewing process and fair hiring procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of the Federal, State and City human rights laws as they relate to employment
- Advanced computer skills with a solid working knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail; the ability to deal discreetly with confidential information
