Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – (remote to start)

OVERVIEW: Seeking an ambitious Senior BI Analyst to take on financial data analysis and identification of trends to guide strategic business decisions. This person will act as a thought partner, taking on a lot of autonomy within the financial group and has a high amount of visibility among senior leadership, participating in discussions for future solutions in relation to financial reporting and strategic pricing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide the efforts to automate and optimize financial reporting in conjunction with the finance, business development and talent teams
- Participate in the identification of AI reporting tools to assist future pricing
- Compile data to be used for third-party surveys such as Citigroup Peer Survey and PwC Billing Rate Survey
- Analyze realization rate trends and assist with yearly billing rate process
- Prepare pro-forma analysis and reporting (billing write off trends, ROI analysis, lateral hiring analysis and more)
- Present financial data for internal and external stakeholder reporting
- Collaborate with external departments on query, business intelligence and data management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics or related field
- 3+ years of business intelligence analyst or financial analyst experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
