POSITION: Senior Attorney Engagement Manager
LOCATION: Salt Lake City, UT | Bay Area, CA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement innovative engagement programs with the goal of enhancing and elevating workplace culture, employee well-being and drive retention
- Develop and lead attorney-specific programs
- Collaborate closely with West Coast leadership teams
- Craft programs to help new attorneys with their transition into the firm
- Collaborate with HR and wellness leaders to ensure ongoing support for attorney well-being
- Partner with the Firm’s DEI group to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts
- Facilitate mentorship programs
- Provide 1:1 support and mentorship opportunities for attorneys
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years of employee engagement experience in a law firm or similar professional services setting is required
- Prior experience and interest in building programs with the goal of connecting people
- Passionate about workplace culture, inclusivity and growth
- Stellar coaching skills and abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Microsoft Office software proficiency, ability to learn technology quickly and desire to use and learn new software and operating systems
- Strong sense of discretion and sound judgment
- Team oriented and self directed
- The ability to operate and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
