Position Overview
A leading Sacramento-based law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its dynamic practice group. This full-time role requires a minimum of six years of substantive experience in real estate law and finance, with a strong emphasis on commercial real estate transactions.
About the Practice
The Real Estate team has long been a trusted partner in shaping the growth of communities across California. The group advises on all phases of real estate matters—from project initiation and early-stage development to asset management, financing, and dispute resolution. Attorneys in the practice handle both transactional and litigation work, offering strategic guidance to a diverse client base that includes developers, investors, lenders, homebuilders, property managers, brokers, contractors, public agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
While collaboration between transactional attorneys and litigators is a hallmark of the practice, this position is primarily focused on transactional work.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- 6+ years of Real Estate / Transactional experience
- JD required

Compensation
Salary Range: $162,500 – $202,500
