Professional Development Coordinator (Remote to start)

Summary: Top-ranked multinational law firm is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to serve as an integral member of the Firm-wide Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute attorney orientation and professional development training (both in person and remotely via Zoom and other online platforms)
  • Track all logistics of events and collect feedback after events; update training materials on internal firm website
  • Coordinate regular performance review cycles for attorneys 
  • Support mentorship and advisory programs for new attorneys
  • Schedule and communicate all aspects of scheduling training programs; work with team to improve information dispersement across the firm ecosystem
  • Organize curriculum materials and ensure availability and dispersement to key stakeholders
  • Administer surveys and evaluation for training programs
  • Deploy attorney training and development programs as assigned
  • Partner with members of Professional Development and Leadership Team where necessary to manage the continuous improvement of Attorney Training and Development Programs
  • Serve as training program and event support for all sessions as needed
  • Participate in individual goal setting and annual review process
  • Coordinate programs and trainings for multiple practice areas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a global law firm environment
  • Experience with online and in-person events
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required
