Professional Attorney Training & Development Coordinator

Summary: Top-ranked multinational law firm is seeking a Legal Training Development Coordinator to serve as an integral member of the Firm-wide Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development Department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize attorney training and development initiatives
  • Partner with CLE compliance to coordinate and align with CLE process as needed for attorney training programming
  • Schedule and communicate all aspects of scheduling training programs
  • Organize curriculum materials and information to align with ever-changing curriculum architecture
  • Administer surveys and evaluation for training programs
  • Deploy attorney training and development programs as assigned
  • Partner with members of LRD and Leadership where necessary to manage the continuous improvement of Attorney Training and Development Programs
  • Serve as training program and event support for all sessions as needed
  • Participate in individual goal setting and annual review process
  • Coordinate programs and trainings for multiple practice areas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2+ years of professional development or HR experience required
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required
