Professional Attorney Training & Development Coordinator –

Summary: Top-ranked multinational law firm is seeking a Legal Training Development Coordinator to serve as an integral member of the Firm-wide Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize attorney training and development initiatives
- Partner with CLE compliance to coordinate and align with CLE process as needed for attorney training programming
- Schedule and communicate all aspects of scheduling training programs
- Organize curriculum materials and information to align with ever-changing curriculum architecture
- Administer surveys and evaluation for training programs
- Deploy attorney training and development programs as assigned
- Partner with members of LRD and Leadership where necessary to manage the continuous improvement of Attorney Training and Development Programs
- Serve as training program and event support for all sessions as needed
- Participate in individual goal setting and annual review process
- Coordinate programs and trainings for multiple practice areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 2+ years of professional development or HR experience required
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required
