OVERVIEW: The PowerPoint Presentation Specialist will serve as a vital contributor to inline business and existing clients as well as new business and internal communications development. This specialist role is responsible for ensuring all presentations accurately and effectively communicate information to external audiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Provide support to Creative Director, including formatting PowerPoint documents 
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify presentation goals 
  • Adhere to the Firm’s branding style by creating compelling visualizations of content produced
  • Curate imagery, graphics, and animations that support key messages
  • Develop data visualizations, charts, illustrations, etc. to support key messages
  • Manage each project assigned to ensure presentation complies with Firm’s standards
  • Link PowerPoint to Excel for data updates
  • Design slide layouts to ensure compliance standards and deadlines are met
  • Ensure all materials and/or projects receive proper approvals before distribution
  • And other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of related experience in a corporate environment
  • Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel is required
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a highly pressured environment
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them in a timely manner
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Able to focus on quality and accuracy in work product, as well as be detail oriented
  • Able to maintain highly confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and oral
  • Must be available for all training classes to learn new skills and equipment
  • Must be able to make decisions from a technical point of view
