Patent Docketing Reviewer (remote-hybrid)
Location: New York, NY | Washington, DC

Key Responsibilities:

Review all firm patent docketing to ensure accuracy and compliance for domestic and foreign patents

Ensure docketing information follows client preferences

Audit patent documentation internally

Review and correct information to meet client expectations within IP Client Portal

Work closely with the IP Patent Team to identify issues or opportunities for improvement

Create data reports using queries
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required; law firm experience preferred

1+ year of experience with patent docketing; at least one year of experience reviewing and providing quality control over patent docketing using Patricia or CPI
-
Expert knowledge of Patent procedures, USPTO regulations, deadlines, and requirements

Experience handling US and international patents

Strong mastery of Excel and ability to run reports

Incredible attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
