Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patent counsel, prosecution and litigation support
- Draft patent applications
- Advise attorneys on technology
- Comprehensive understanding of BioTech or BioMed
Qualifications:
- Excellent technical skills
- Registered USPTO patent agent
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering
- CA, MA or NY Bar membership
