SUMMARY: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of US and global trademark experience. Experience drafting and negotiating coexistence agreements is required; trademark licensing experience is a strong advantage.
REQUIREMENTS:

US and global trademark experience, specifically related to trademark prosecution, clearance, and counseling

Exposure to trademark litigation, specifically related to litigation strategy and negotiation, discovery, TTAB proceedings, and matters involving social media platforms

Full proficiency in drafting and negotiating coexistence requirements is required; trademark licensing experience is a strong advantage

Ability to operate with minimal supervision, while complying with strict deadlines; team player who is able to succeed both virtually and in the office
