Marketing Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategies as related to business development and marketing alongside key stakeholders
- Research, develop and manage on-point visibility opportunities (client engagement, sponsorship opportunities and seminars)
- Maintain data in the Firm’s CRM database
- Produce client-facing proposal materials, responses to RFPs and client presentations
- Conduct online and database research
- Prepare intelligence reports on clients, qualified prospects, competitors and industries of interest
- Develop clear and concise messaging and content for pitches, attorney resumes, survey submissions and directory submissions
- Collaborate and work closely with the Global Business Development team
- Promote firm brand internally and externally through intranet site and external social media initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of relevant marketing or business development experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience with CRM/database software, such as: InterAction, Salesforce, ContentPilot, etc.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are required
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Excellent client service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
