Learning & Development Coordinator (Remote to Hybrid) 

 

Location: New York, NY (Midtown)

Summary: Top-ranked multinational law firm is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to serve as an integral member of the Firm-wide Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development Department.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize attorney training and development events (including tracking CLE credits)

  • Track attendees and event outcomes

  • Monitor and evaluate success of programs and events

  • Schedule and communicate all aspects of scheduling training programs

  • Organize curriculum materials and information to align with ever-changing curriculum architecture

  • Administer surveys and evaluation for training programs

  • Deploy attorney training and development programs as assigned

  • Partner with leadership to design curriculum and events

  • Serve as training program and event support for all sessions as needed

  • Participate in individual goal setting and annual review process

  • Coordinate programs and trainings for multiple practice areas

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 2+ years of CLE experience required

  • Law firm or professional services experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to maintain a professional and excited demeanor in a high-pressure, deadline driven environment

  • Microsoft Office proficiency is required

  • Working knowledge of HRIS and CRM databases
