HR Analytics Specialist
LOCATION: Chicago, IL

ORGANIZATION: Elite International Law Firm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with various data analysts to maintain superior data entry and collection processes
- Track, create and maintain reporting metrics and data visualizations
- Create easy-to-understand but meaningful presentation materials
- Assist Manager in creating advanced data visualizations and analytics
- Collaborate with Manager to push forward long-term strategies and goals
- Develop and maintain efficient and streamlined database functions
- Communicate project plans and statutes when necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of relevant experience as specialist, reporting to manager
- Prior data visualization experience
- Comfortable producing data metrics and reporting
- HRIS background preferred, highly technical role
- Advanced computer skills with a solid working knowledge of SQL and Tableau;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail; the ability to deal discreetly with confidential information
