Entry Litigation Associate – Workers Compensation (Plaintiff-side)
LOCATION: Berkeley, CA
THE ORGANIZATION: Growing litigation law firm based in the Bay Area
HOURS & DAYS: Monday – Friday, 9-5 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demand writing and negotiating
- Interacting with opposing counsel and external parties
- Trial work, taking and defending depositions and assisting clients to obtain compensation benefits
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed to practice law in the state of CA
- Desire to practice litigation and second-chair at trial
- Litigation exposure
