Summary: We are seeking a senior-level leader to join our high-performing private funds group, focused on advancing market presence and deepening relationships across the investment funds ecosystem. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, relationship development, and execution, blending hands-on account stewardship with forward-looking opportunity development. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and partnering closely with legal and firm leadership, this role will translate data and market intelligence into targeted initiatives that strengthen engagement with venture and growth-oriented fund sponsors, in-house legal teams, and next-generation managers. By activating our platform, insights, and network, this individual will help expand and sustain a thriving private funds community.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze internal intelligence and external market signals to identify high-potential prospects and organize fund-related audiences into meaningful segments

Partner with firm leadership to conceptualize and deliver creative, value-driven programs that foster connection, knowledge-sharing, and visibility within the private funds space

Act as a central relationship hub, linking clients and prospects to curated content, strategic introductions, and invitation-only forums across the firm’s broader ecosystem

Coordinate with marketing and communications colleagues to deploy integrated outreach efforts that elevate awareness of services, initiatives, and industry perspectives

Measure the effectiveness of engagement strategies by defining, monitoring, and communicating performance indicators, and continuously refining approaches based on results

Work in close alignment with community engagement and business development peers to ensure cohesion, consistency, and the exchange of best practices across initiatives
Required skills:

Undergraduate degree required; graduate-level education is advantageous

Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in client-facing program leadership, growth strategy, or relationship management within professional services or investment-focused organizations

Direct exposure to the venture capital and growth equity landscape

Demonstrated success in stewarding strategic relationships, launching market-facing initiatives, and supporting revenue expansion among sophisticated fund clients

Strong capability in audience segmentation, pipeline development, and customizing engagement models for diverse stakeholder groups

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, paired with high attention to detail and organization

Proven ability to establish goals, manage concurrent initiatives, navigate shifting priorities, and perform in a dynamic environment

Skilled at cultivating trust-based relationships and sustaining long-term collaboration with internal and external partners
