POSITION: CRM Marketing Coordinator (InterAction)

LOCATION: New York, New York – Midtown Manhattan

ORGANIZATION: Elite Law Firm

SUMMARY: The CRM Marketing Coordinator will maintain data quality within the firm by conforming information according to Firm standards; research and resolve discrepancies within data; act as a reference for users about InterAction; and handle special projects on an as needed basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the InterAction database and act as a reference for end-users regarding usage and capabilities   

  • Verify that new entries to the CRM are in the proper format and confirm to firm data standards

  • Resolve duplicate entry errors

  • Process returned mail and research mailing addresses

  • Obtain and update attorney contact lists; add to targeted marketing lists

  • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting related to InterAction as needed

  • Improve data quality by developing and executing initiatives

  • Generate ideas to make navigating the database easier for end users

  • Amend existing firm records

  • Complete other projects related to InterAction as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Advanced knowledge of InterAction

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SQL

  • Highly proficient in data management and data manipulation

  • General knowledge of corporate entities

  • Excellent work ethic and strong teamwork skills in a high volume, minimally staffed environment

  • Must be flexible, organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a calm, pleasant demeanor

  • Must have excellent teamwork and troubleshooting skills

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, make independent, well thought out decisions and troubleshoot documents

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, staff and clients

  • Accurately type 60 wpm or higher

  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading and research skills

  • Available to work overtime as required
