CRM & Business Development Analyst

POSITION: Business Development Analyst – CRM, e-Marketing & Social Media 

LOCATION: New York City, NY

ORGANIZATION: International Law Firm

SUMMARY: Seeking an upbeat, proactive and dedicated marketing communications professional to support the development and management of the Firm's CRM system, website, email marketing and e-newsletters, and social media tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the InterAction database and act as a reference for end users regarding usage and capabilities
• Manage e-mail, mailing and web communication assets for firm events, client alerts and newsletters
• Contribute to the awareness of the firm’s internet presence, overseeing External Websites, Firm Blogs and Social networking sites
• Assist with content management of practice descriptions, biographies, news items and media for firm website and printed materials
• Provide ongoing support to, as well as, train attorneys, secretaries, and other end users on their use of the CRM database
• Obtain and update attorney contact lists; add to targeted marketing lists
• Generate ideas to make navigating the database easier for end users
• Develop and run searches and reports to ensure data integrity
• Stay on top of current trends and apply when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of marketing experience within a law firm or professional services organization
• Experience maintaining a CRM database, InterAction preferred
• Experience with email marketing software; Tikit e-merge, Tikit Reaction Server, and Emerge
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and desktop publishing software; InDesign
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Attention to detail, proofreading and Internet research skills
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Sciences or related field preferred
