The Organization: Large U.S. Based Multinational Law Firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Associate for a fast-paced Corporate law practice. Salary is highly competitive in the industry and based on experience.
Summary: Seeking a Corporate Associate specializing in blockchain and cryptocurrency in multiple locations. Candidate to join firm's successful Corporate practice. Qualified attorneys with experience advising clients on corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and advise on cryptocurrency transactions and tax positions

Advise diverse clients, including hedge fund investors, businesses, start-ups, and institutional investors

Provide guidance on emerging technologies as they relate to blockchain and cryptocurrency

Record client transactions through blockchain

Issue opinions on complex cryptocurrency transactions
Qualifications:

J.D. with bar admission (New York)

2+ years of experience as a corporate associate, working with public companies

Experience with tech or life sciences is a plus

Outstanding academic achievement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
