Client Hospitality / Concierge

LOCATION: Silicon Valley, California | San Francisco, California


COMPENSATION: Base salary up to $80k, commensurate with experience, plus paid overtime, very generous bonuses, Medical and Dental benefits, tuition reimbursement, gym membership, PTO, 401K, and more. All firm amenities.  

SUMMARY: The Client Hospitality / Concierge will report to the Senior Manager of Legal Executive Assistance, Reception Services, and the Office Manager. They will provide high-quality client and attorney support, performing administrative tasks, coordinating events and responding to inquiries from Firm clients. Must have the confidence and technical skills to provide support in a fast-paced environment.


  • Provide executive level legal support to Firm clients and guests
  • Function with autonomy and work on special projects with each case and clients
  • Handle complex Legal Assistant activities (may be highly confidential and require discretion)
  • Interface and establish ongoing positive business relationship with clients
  • Communicate effectively on busy, multiple telephone lines
  • Greet and assist Firm clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage conference room reservation requests
  • Maintain readiness of meeting rooms
  • Take charge of providing Wi-Fi services for clients and guests
  • Arrange for building access for Firm clients and guests
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences; work closely with the IT/catering departments for event set up 
  • Mail, ship and deliver packages within the office
  • Handle office food deliveries
  • Execute sanitation protocols (COVID)


  • 2+ years of guest services experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Maintain positive “can-do” attitude
  • Motivated to provide high quality client service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent computer, data entry and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment, such as printers, scanners, copiers
  • Ability to remain calm and function under pressure in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, dispassionately and diplomatically
  • Excellent attendance, punctual and flexible to work overtime
  • Ability to collaborate smoothly with many other people and departments
  • Detail-oriented with strong day-to-day organizational skills
  • Ability to be proactive, organize/prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
