Capital Markets Associate
Location: New York, NY
The Organization: Large U.S. Based Multinational Law Firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Associate for a fast-paced Corporate law practice. Salary is highly competitive in the industry and based on experience.
Summary: Seeking a Corporate Associate Candidate to join firm's successful Corporate practice. Qualified attorneys with experience advising clients on corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise public companies on disclosure and governance & exchange

Ensure SEC compliance

Work with diverse group of clients (long-standing public companies, as well as new public companies)

Provide counsel to emerging markets on corporate matters

Draft and maintain regulatory filings for clients

Draft corporate agreements, as necessary, work closely with M&A team

Provide industry-specific legal advice on emerging markets, technology and Med-tech and related sciences
Qualifications:

J.D. with bar admission (preferred in New York)

4+ years of experience as a corporate associate, working with public companies
-
Experience with tech or life sciences is a plus

Outstanding academic achievement
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
