BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with key attorney stakeholders to stay on target with internal and external initiatives within capital markets practice
- Monitor and analyze market trends relevant to the Firm’s client base
- Identify opportunities for development and retain data of key market competitors
- Determine effective strategies that allow for cross-selling opportunities through collaboration and communication company wide
- Take charge of brand-building initiatives for client-facing interactions; events, seminars, webinars, speaking engagements and other types of Firm specific promotional activities
- Partner with other departments to develop clear and consistent messaging related to marketing strategies
- Collaborate with Capital Markets Practice Group leads and transactional business development colleagues to compare client-facing related material and develop best practices
- Track and analyze ROI on all initiatives and outreach in order to develop best practices
- Monitor the capital markets business spend and ensure execution is effective
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 7+ years of experience in business development, client development or marketing experience is required
- Experience in legal, financial services, or securities industries
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written skills
- Must be resourceful, detail-oriented, punctual, organized and proactive
- Experience utilizing MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with CapIQ, Deal Point Data, Intelligize, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Mergermarket, and Pitchbook
- Hold stellar communication skills; internally and externally
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines and various priorities
- Experience with Content Pilot, InterAction or another form of CRM
