Branding Specialist (Global Law Firm)
LOCATION: New York, NY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report directly to the Firmwide Director of Branding & Creative
- Provide support to Firm’s Business Development global branding, marketing and communications needs
- Create engaging marketing materials
- Maintain the Firm’s global templates and guidelines
- Manage the digital asset management library and licensing
- Understand and master the Firm’s brand guidelines
- Use various media and tools to coordinate firm brand marketing
- Collaborate with practice leaders and business development department to advance marketing efforts
- Supervise global marketing efforts by establishing relationships across the firm
- Manage the creation and distribution of a variety of marketing-related materials and content for the firm website and intranet
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of graphic design/marketing/communications or related experience within a law firm or agency
- A.B.A. or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or communications preferred
- Portfolio link required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC (such as, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) and PowerPoint
- Experience working with audio and video editing
- Familiar with HTML/CSS, email marketing platform and responsive design
- Able to work on multiple projects and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Excellent writing and editorial skills
- Close attention to detail and ability to maintain sight of long-term strategic goals
- Able to think creatively and pragmatically
- Able to organize and prioritize work while working independently or as part of a team
