Attorney Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Attorney TA Manager and other firm leaders with the recruitment process for summer associates, lateral shareholder, lateral associates and alternative track attorneys for the firm’s Miami and West Palm Beach offices
- Provide support for the on-campus recruiting process
- Oversee the day-to-day functions of the Summer Associate Program
- Coordinate in-person or virtual interview schedules
- Gather feedback on prospective candidates
- Assist in drafting and updating job postings
- Manage and update applicant databases
- Interface with candidates or legal search firms
- Assist manager by networking and partnering with career services to reach law students
- Assist with other department activities as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR, BD or related field preferred
- 3+ years of HR or recruiting experience in a mid-to-large law firm environment required
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Working knowledge of Workday
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good judgement, highly organized, and strong attention to detail are required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish highly desirable
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and meet high quality standards of service
