Attorney Recruiting Supervisor
ORGANIZATION: International Law Firm
LOCATION: Washington, D.C.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with senior leadership to supervise all aspects of the attorney recruitment efforts
- Supervise administrative efforts related to the on-campus interview process and summer associate program
- Review resumes and applications
- Coordinate interview scheduled and ensure onboarding diligence is performed
- Supervise the budget process for the DC office
- Participate in attorney engagement and retention activities
- Provide support and supervision to the department professional staff
- Coordinate and oversee department projects and day-to-day operations
- Assist with the development of the department budget
- Recommend guidelines and practices to promote efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop hiring strategy and plans, in collaboration with senior management
- Coordinate search implementation and approval of hires, including coordination of specific candidate terms
- Full-cycle recruiting – from interview coordination to extension of an offer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting in a corporate or professional services environment
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
- AmLaw experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable working in web-based databases/software
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to build professional relationships and to work with individuals at all seniority levels
- Strong analytical skills with ability to balance short and long term priorities and goals
- Team-oriented and willing to work on other projects as needed
