Attorney Recruiting and Development Specialist
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (Near Union Square)

SUMMARY: The Legal Recruiting and Development Specialist supports the department and works cross-functionally with firmwide staff and attorney campus recruiting. This is a great opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator eager to take the next step in their career.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Director, hiring managers and teams with respect to on-campus, international lawyer recruiting and summer associate programs
- Manage the campus hiring/interviewing (OCI) processes, including scheduling and attending in-house debriefings, organizing debriefing materials, preparing OCI lists and OCI feedback forms, inputting OCI schedules, updating grade book, preparing correspondence and distributing invites and decline emails
- Plan summer associate and recruiting events, including research of venues, distributing event reminders, collecting RSVP’s, distributing tickets and preparing expense reports
- Plan offer dinners, pre-OCI receptions/events and related recruiting initiatives
- Source candidates and arrange interviews
- Liaise with student groups and organize fireside chats
- Assist with supervising junior staff within the team
- Assist other teams with projects, including Business Development and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, efficient at multitasking and able to handle time-sensitive projects
- Possess excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Must have flexibility in working overtime to meet operating needs particularly during the summer and fall
- A person who would enjoy visiting some of the finest academic institutions in the world for the Firm's Human Resources & Recruitment events
